Refunds apply only to your first monthly charge, within 14 days of payment. In days 1 to 7, the refund is prorated on unused credits. If none of that month's credits were spent, the full charge is returned. In days 8 to 14, the same proration applies but is capped at half the charge. The trial setup fee is never refundable. One refund per account. Paddle approves each refund before money is returned. After day 14, charges are not refundable. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Cancelling during the trial ends it immediately and clears remaining trial credits.
