Terms of Service

01The service

Pixelyft lets you upload a photo and receive an AI-enhanced version of it. Your images are kept in your account so you can download them again, and you can switch storage off or remove them from My Images at any time — see the Privacy Policy for the full picture. We improve the service continuously, so features may be added, changed, or retired over time.

02Your account

You need an account to use the enhancement features. When you create and use one, you agree to:

• provide accurate information and keep it up to date;
• use a strong password and keep two-factor authentication enabled where you rely on it;
• keep your credentials confidential and not share your account with others;
• take responsibility for activity under your account, and tell us promptly at support@pixelyft.com if you believe it has been compromised.

03Acceptable use

Only upload images you own or have the necessary rights to use. In addition, you agree not to:

• upload content that is illegal, infringes anyone’s rights (including privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights), or is abusive or exploitative;
• probe, overload, or disrupt the service, or attempt to bypass its security or usage limits;
• reverse-engineer the service or attempt to extract its source code, models, or prompts;
• access the service with automated scripts, bots, or scrapers rather than through the interfaces we provide.

04Paid access & service limits

Pixelyft is sold as a monthly subscription at €19.99/month, which renews until cancelled; cancelling stops the renewal while access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. New accounts also get one free Enhance, Restore, and Illustration before subscribing; the free illustration is limited to a single style. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

To keep the service fast and fair, technical limits apply: each plan includes a monthly allowance of enhancement credits, only one enhancement request runs at a time per user, uploads are limited to roughly 10 MB, and accepted input formats are JPEG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC. We may adjust these limits as the service evolves.

05AI-generated output

Enhanced images are produced by AI models and are provided as-is. Results may contain artifacts, altered details, or other imperfections, and the same input will not always produce the same output. You are responsible for reviewing an output before relying on it or publishing it.

06Your content & intellectual property

You keep all rights to the images you upload and to the enhanced outputs. Pixelyft claims no ownership of your content. You grant us only the permission necessary to process your image, return the result, and — while image storage is on — keep it in your account so you can reach it again. We do not use your images to train AI models.

The service itself — its software, design, branding, and everything that is not your content — remains the property of Pixelyft and its licensors.

07Availability & disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time, and we may modify or suspend it, in whole or in part, with reasonable notice where practical.

08Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixelyft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

09Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of your account as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms — including the acceptable-use rules — with notice where practical, or immediately for serious breaches. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual-property terms, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive.

10Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give you advance notice — by email or an in-product message — and we will update the date at the top of this page. If you continue to use the service after the updated Terms take effect, you accept them.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them — except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence gives you rights or a venue that cannot be waived.
