Refund Policy

01Trial passes are non-refundable

The 2-day Trial pass is a low-cost, instantly delivered purchase that unlocks the full service for 48 hours the moment payment completes. Because access is granted immediately and the window is short, Trial pass purchases are final and not eligible for refunds.

Please make sure Pixelyft is right for you before purchasing. You can review example results on our landing page, and you can contact support with any questions before you buy.

Subscription plans we introduce later will carry a prorated refund policy: the refund will be proportional to the unused share of the access you bought. This section will be updated when those plans launch.

02How to request a refund

Email support@pixelyft.com from the email address you used at purchase and include your order number (you will find it in the confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy). We aim to respond within a few business days, and the proration is calculated from the time your request reaches us.

03Processing & timelines

Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method. Once issued, the funds typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

04Fair use

We may decline a refund where the account has violated our Terms of Service — for example through abusive content or attempts to circumvent service limits — or where we see a pattern of repeated purchase-and-refund cycles.

05Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces the statutory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence. Where local law gives you a stronger right than this policy, local law prevails.
