개인정보 처리방침

01이용자의 이미지

When you submit a photo it reaches us over an encrypted connection, is enhanced, and is returned to your browser. Unless you switch image storage off in Settings, the original and the result are then kept in your account. Stored images are private and encrypted, they are held within the European Union, and each one is served only to your own signed-in account.

Your images are never used to train AI models, and we never log image content. They are private to your account and are not accessible to anyone else.

02AI 제공업체의 처리

To generate the enhanced result, your image is sent to our AI processing provider for the duration of that request. The provider acts on our behalf for this single purpose, and the transfer is encrypted. The credentials involved are never exposed to your browser.

제공업체의 약관에 따라 당사가 전송한 콘텐츠는 모델 학습이나 개선에 사용되지 않으며, 오남용 및 안전 모니터링 목적으로만 제한된 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다.

03당사가 수집하는 정보

Account data. When you create an account we store your email address and an irreversible hash of your password — never the password itself. If you enable two-factor authentication, we also store the secret needed to verify your codes.

Job metadata. For each enhancement job we also retain metadata: timestamps, input and output byte counts, and the job’s status. This metadata never includes image content and cannot be used to reconstruct an image. We use it to operate the service, enforce fair-use limits, and investigate failures.

주문 메타데이터. 이용권을 구매하면 결제 제공업체로부터 주문 식별자, 구매한 상품, 상태 등 주문 정보를 전달받아 접근 권한을 활성화합니다. 전체 결제 정보를 당사가 받는 일은 없습니다.

04결제

결제는 당사의 merchant of record인 Paddle이 처리합니다. Paddle은 자체 약관과 개인정보처리방침에 따라 결제 정보(카드 및 청구 정보)를 처리하며, 해당 정보는 당사 서버에 도달하지 않습니다. 당사는 위에 설명한 주문 메타데이터만 받습니다.

05쿠키 및 로컬 스토리지

당사는 반드시 필요한 쿠키를 사용합니다. 로그인 상태를 유지하는 JWT 세션 쿠키가 이에 해당합니다. 서비스 작동에 필수적입니다.

테마 선택은 계정에 저장되어 어떤 기기에서도 이어지며, 페이지 로드 시 올바른 테마가 즉시 표시되도록 브라우저 localStorage에도 사본이 남습니다.

서비스 이용 현황을 파악하기 위해 Google Analytics를 사용합니다. 분석 쿠키는 쿠키 안내를 확인한 후(또는 로그인한 경우) 로드됩니다. 광고 쿠키나 마케팅 픽셀은 사용하지 않습니다.

06이메일

당사는 거래 관련 이메일만 발송합니다. 예를 들어 요청 시 보내는 비밀번호 재설정 링크, 고객지원 문의에 대한 답변 등입니다. 발송은 이메일 제공업체 Resend가 담당하며, 이 목적을 위해 수신자 주소와 메시지를 처리합니다. 당사는 광고 메일을 보내지 않으며 이용자의 주소를 광고주와 공유하지 않습니다.

07당사가 하지 않는 일

서비스가 어떻게 만들어졌는지를 규정하는 몇 가지 약속입니다.

• We never make your images public, and every file is served only to your own signed-in account.
• 이용자의 이미지나 결과를 AI 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다.
• 이용자의 개인 데이터를 제3자에게 그들의 목적을 위해 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.
• 서비스 내에 광고를 표시하지 않습니다.

08데이터 보관 및 삭제

Account data and job metadata are kept for as long as your account exists. To delete your account and the personal data associated with it, email support@pixelyft.com from your account’s email address and we will action the request within a reasonable period. Records our merchant of record is legally required to keep (such as tax and order records) are retained by Paddle according to its own policies.

09보안

We apply reasonable measures to protect your data: passwords are never stored in a readable form, all traffic is encrypted, and every request for one of your images is checked against your account. No online service can promise absolute security, but your photos are kept private to you and are never made public.

10본 정책의 변경

서비스가 발전함에 따라 본 정책을 업데이트할 수 있습니다. 변경 시 이 페이지 상단의 날짜를 수정하며, 중요한 변경 사항은 이메일이나 제품 내 알림으로 안내합니다. 변경이 적용된 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하시면 업데이트된 정책에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
